A single lotus rises from emerald leaves across the body of this Blanc de Chine storage jar — hand-painted with the quiet confidence of a brushstroke that has been practiced for centuries. Crafted from Dehua high-purity white clay, the body achieves a luminous, glass-like surface that makes the hand-applied overglaze colours sing. A fitted lid with a solid gold-glazed knob completes the composition.
